Qualifications
All our teaching staff meet the professional requirements for teaching in NSW public schools. Eighty eight per cent (88%) of teachers hold an undergraduate degree or diploma and twelve per cent (12%) have completed a postgraduate degree.
Professional learning and teacher accreditation
All teaching staff at Lethbridge Park Public School participate in professional learning primarily focussed on improving students outcomes in Literacy and Numeracy. In addition to regular team meetings and staff meetings, teachers are given the opportunity to develop the quality of their teaching through demonstration lessons, team teaching and the implementation of professional learning plans.
